All of the staff were so friendly from the time we called to make the reservations to check-in to check-out. The rooms and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. We'll definitely be back.
The rooms were okay. The service was good and is accessible to shops and Carlsbad cavern.
15 mins from Cavern, lots of stuff nearby such as fuel and food, right on the main strip. A/C was cool and the room was decent. Great shower! Friendly staff! I think the property pics show a pool but I don’t think it exists anymore. Good price for a stay.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. One thing that truly stood out was how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff were. I even lost a valuable personal item during my stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me, they were kind enough to ship it back to me. I am genuinely very grateful for their honesty and exceptional service. The location is also a big plus. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Cavern and is conveniently located right on the main strip, with plenty of nearby options for fuel and food. The room itself was decent, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room warm. The shower was excellent, great water pressure and temperature. Overall, this hotel offers a good price for the stay and solid value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The managers at this location are incredibly friendly! This was my first time visiting New Mexico, and they went out of their way to help me with nearby tourist spots. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very convenient. I didn’t face any issues during my stay. The area felt very safe and it’s close to a national park, which was a huge plus. I’ll definitely refer this place to my friends and will stay here again the next time I’m in town
Here working and needed a place to rest! Well rest is what we found. Great location, everything is nearby and the parking lot was easy to navigate. Was able to get a gooseneck trailer through there. The rooms were recently updated and they look great! The shower was very clean! The service was great too. Greeted with a smile and was helped right away! I would definitely recommend to anyone passing through this small town!!!!!
